Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Stand: 29. Oktober 2026. English version below. Aufgebaut nach den AGB des English Mastery Trainer; angepasst an den French Mastery Trainer.
1. Wer wir sind
Der French Mastery Trainer („FMT“, „wir“) wird angeboten von Matthias Wolfgang Beurer, 7A Rue Rochecouste, Forest Side, Curepipe 74438, Mauritius (Impressum). Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der FMT-Web-App und für FMT-Abonnements.
2. Zahlungsabwicklung
Käufe werden über unseren Online-Wiederverkäufer Dodo Payments abgewickelt. Dodo Payments ist für alle Bestellungen der Verkäufer (Merchant of Record) und wickelt Zahlung, Rechnung und Erstattungen ab. Für die Nutzung der App gelten diese Bedingungen. Solange der Verkauf noch nicht gestartet ist, steht in der App „Buchen ist in Kürze möglich“; dann gibt es noch keine Käufe.
3. Die Leistung
Der FMT bietet Französisch-Training von A1 bis C2: Einstufung, Lernpfad mit Lektionen, Übungen, Regeln und Wortschatz, Prüfungstraining (Hören, Lesen, Schreiben, Sprechen, Diktat), Prüfungsdurchgänge nach dem Aufbau von DELF und DALF sowie KI-Rückmeldungen zum Schreiben und Sprechen und KI-Gespräche. Alle Aufgaben sind eigenständig verfasst. KI-Rückmeldungen und -Bewertungen können Fehler enthalten. Punktzahlen und die Prüfungsreife sind Übungswerte, keine offiziellen Ergebnisse; ein bestimmtes Prüfungsergebnis sichern wir nicht zu. Der FMT ist unabhängig und steht in keiner Verbindung zu France Éducation International oder CCI Paris Île-de-France.
4. Konto
Für Abonnement, Testphase, Abgleich zwischen Geräten und KI-Funktionen brauchst du ein Konto mit gültiger E-Mail-Adresse. Halte dein Passwort geheim. Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein oder die Zustimmung eines Elternteils bzw. Erziehungsberechtigten haben.
5. Tarife, Preise und Verlängerung
Kostenlos: Einstufungstest mit geschätztem Niveau und eine Beispielübung mit Lösungen, ohne Konto. Lektionen, Prüfungstraining, Prüfungsdurchgänge, Gespräche und KI-Rückmeldungen sind erst nach Buchung freigeschaltet (in der App mit einem Schloss gekennzeichnet).
Tarife (Bruttopreise inkl. Umsatzsteuer): Pro · 1 Monat 19,90 € pro Monat; Prüfungspaket · 3 Monate 44,90 € alle 3 Monate; Pro · 12 Monate 119 € pro Jahr. Alle Tarife umfassen alle Niveaus und Prüfungsteile sowie die KI-Funktionen im Rahmen des monatlichen Kontingents (Abschnitt 6). Der Preis für dein Land einschließlich Umsatzsteuer wird vor der Zahlung angezeigt und ist verbindlich.
Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch um dieselbe Laufzeit, bis sie gekündigt werden. Kündigung: jederzeit über den Knopf „Verträge hier kündigen“ (unten auf jeder Seite der App, ohne Anmeldung) oder per E-Mail an support@masterivo.com. Wir bestätigen jede Kündigung sofort auf dem Bildschirm und per E-Mail. In der ersten gebuchten Laufzeit wirkt die Kündigung zum Ende dieser bezahlten Laufzeit. Nach einer automatischen Verlängerung eines Quartals- oder Jahresabos kannst du jederzeit mit einer Frist von einem Monat kündigen; der nicht genutzte, bereits bezahlte Teil wird anteilig erstattet. Monatsabos enden zum Ende des laufenden Monats. Das Recht zur außerordentlichen Kündigung bleibt unberührt. Eine Kündigung löscht nie deinen Lernstand. Preisänderungen gelten erst ab der nächsten Laufzeit und werden vorher angekündigt; du kannst vorher kündigen.
6. KI-Kontingent
KI-Funktionen verursachen bei jeder Nutzung echte Kosten. Jedes Abonnement enthält deshalb je Kalendermonat ein Kontingent: 40 KI-Bewertungen beim Schreiben, 40 beim Sprechen und 20 KI-Gespräche; dazu 10 Aussprachebewertungen pro Tag. Weitere Tagesgrenzen werden in der App angezeigt. Ist ein Kontingent erreicht, pausieren die KI-Funktionen bis zum nächsten Kalendermonat bzw. Tag; alle anderen Inhalte bleiben verfügbar. Nicht genutzte Kontingente verfallen.
7. Widerruf und Erstattung
Du kannst einen Kauf innerhalb von 14 Tagen widerrufen, auch direkt in der App auf der Seite „Tarife und Abo“. Bei einem Widerruf erstatten wir den vollen Betrag. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine freiwillige Geld-zurück-Garantie.
8. Deine Inhalte
Deine Antworten, Texte und Aufnahmen bleiben deine. Du erlaubst uns, sie zu verarbeiten, um dir Rückmeldungen zu geben (siehe Datenschutzerklärung). Gib keine Inhalte ein, die Rechte anderer verletzen oder personenbezogene Daten anderer Menschen enthalten.
9. Zulässige Nutzung
Kein Missbrauch: kein automatisierter Massenzugriff, keine Versuche, Grenzen oder Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu umgehen, keine Weitergabe von Konten, kein Weiterverkauf von Inhalten.
10. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Wir streben eine hohe Verfügbarkeit an, können aber keinen ununterbrochenen Betrieb zusichern. Wir dürfen die Leistung weiterentwickeln; wesentliche Funktionen eines laufenden Abonnements entfallen nicht ohne Ankündigung und Kündigungsmöglichkeit.
11. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, begrenzt auf den typischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Zwingendes Verbraucherschutzrecht bleibt unberührt.
12. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir mindestens 30 Tage im Voraus. Bist du nicht einverstanden, kannst du vorher kündigen.
13. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht von Mauritius, unbeschadet der zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast.

1. Who we are
French Mastery Trainer (“FMT”, “we”) is provided by Matthias Wolfgang Beurer, 7A Rue Rochecouste, Forest Side, Curepipe 74438, Mauritius (legal notice). These terms apply to the use of the FMT web app and to FMT subscriptions.
2. Payment processing
Purchases are processed by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, invoices and refunds. These terms govern your use of the app. Until sales open, the app shows “Booking will be possible soon”; there are no purchases before then.
3. The service
FMT offers French practice from A1 to C2: placement, a learning path with lessons, exercises, grammar and vocabulary, exam training (listening, reading, writing, speaking, dictation), mock exams following the structure of DELF and DALF, AI feedback on writing and speaking, and AI conversations. All tasks are written independently. AI feedback and assessments can contain mistakes. Scores and exam readiness are practice estimates, not official results, and we do not guarantee a particular exam result. FMT is independent and not affiliated with France Éducation International or CCI Paris Île-de-France.
4. Account
You need an account with a valid e-mail address for a subscription, the trial, sync across devices and AI features. Keep your password confidential. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
5. Plans, prices and renewal
Free: placement test with an estimated level and a sample exercise with solutions, without an account. Lessons, exam training, mock exams, conversations and AI feedback are unlocked only after purchase (marked with a padlock in the app).
Plans (gross prices incl. VAT): Pro · 1 month €19.90 per month; Exam package · 3 months €44.90 every 3 months; Pro · 12 months €119 per year. All plans include every level and exam part and the AI features within the monthly allowance (section 6). The price for your country, including VAT, is shown before you pay and is binding.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancellation: at any time via the button “Cancel contracts here” (at the bottom of every page of the app, no sign-in needed) or by e-mail to support@masterivo.com. We confirm every cancellation immediately on screen and by e-mail. During the first period you booked, the cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid period. After a quarterly or yearly plan has renewed automatically, you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice; the unused part you have already paid for is refunded pro rata. Monthly plans end at the end of the current month. The right to terminate for an important reason remains unaffected. Cancelling never deletes your learning progress. Price changes apply only from the next period and are announced in advance; you may cancel before they take effect.
6. AI allowance
AI features cause real costs for every use. Each subscription therefore includes a monthly allowance per calendar month: 40 AI writing assessments, 40 AI speaking assessments and 20 AI conversations, plus 10 pronunciation checks per day. Further daily limits are shown in the app. When an allowance is reached, AI features pause until the next calendar month or day; all other content stays available. Unused allowances do not carry over.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, also directly in the app on the “Plans and subscription” page. If you withdraw, we refund the full amount. There is no voluntary money-back guarantee beyond this.
8. Your content
Your answers, texts and recordings remain yours. You allow us to process them to provide feedback (see the privacy policy). Do not submit content that infringes the rights of others or contains personal data of other people.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated mass access, no attempts to bypass limits or security, no sharing of accounts, no resale of content.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may develop the service further; essential features of an active subscription will not be removed without notice and a right to cancel.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We will inform you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
13. Applicable law
The law of Mauritius applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence.
